He is the LKC and Jaguars Rugby Manager since March 2009. Under his leadership LKC Rugby has risen to be the undisputed Schoolboy Rugby Champions in Botswana. He has toured with the LKC Schoolboy team to Plumtree High School in Zimbabwe and the Dairibord Rugby Festival in 2014 & 2015. He has spearheaded the formation of the Canon Jaguars Rugby Club in 2015. The Canon Jaguars Rugby team are the 2015 BRU A Division League Runners-up. Under his leadership the LKC & Jaguars Rugby brands have grown in sponsorship. He holds a level 1 Rugby coaching certificate and is completing Level 2 Module in Rugby Coaching.

Taku Mhonda:  
In 2008 May He joined LKC Rugby and when He was appointed coach he turned around the rugby in LKC. As coach then he introduced a disciplined approach to rugby and the Jaguars rugby culture. He won the first LKC Rugby Gold Medal at the Powerade 10s Tournament in Jwaneng. He left in 2011 to take up rugby coaching in Zimbabwe. He rejoined LKC & Jaguars in 2015 when the Canon Jaguars Men's Rugby Club was formed. He also came in as the Technical Advisor of the schoolboy rugby team. He holds a Level 2 rugby Coaching Certificate.

Dent Patrick: 

A former LKC Jaguars Captain and Student. Now he is the Schoolboy Rugby Coach. He started his rugby career in 2010, became Captain in 2011 and Head Coach in 2012. With the help of the LKC Rugby Manager and school, he guided the LKC Jaguars to the BISA League honours in 2012, 2014 and 2015. As coach he has also managed to win the BRU Tens tournament in 2012 and 2013 respectively. He has assisted in coaching the U16 Botswana National Team in 2012 and U19 in 2014. In 2015 he was appointed the South Central Region 7s Head Coach and his team was crowned the Regional Champions. He is a player in the Canon Jaguars Rugby Club. He holds a level 1 Rugby coaching certificate and is completing Level 2 Module in Rugby Coaching.

The BRU Knockout rugby Final lived to its billing – The Big Cat Fight. The Jaguars mauled the Cheetahs. An intense game described by many as something that has not been experienced in Botswana rugby in recent years. It was tactical, the two opponents very wary of what the other was likely to throw at them. This is not my story this week, but let me indulge in it for a bit and then I will revert to my mission for this weeks edition. LKC Jaguars Intensify Training In Preparation For the Wales Tour

The LKC Team today intensified their preparations for their tour to Wales in the UK in a high intensity two-hour training session. The training session which included the Canon Jaguars was conducted from 0600hrs to 0800hrs. Aware of the cold and wet conditions that they will play under in the UK, the Jaguars were made to play under sprinklers and frequently dipped into the swimming pool.
